Creating a Homebuyer Presentation in Minutes with AI

Usually, I like to send these out on Mondays but the last few days I have been on a mission:

Create a homebuyer presentation from scratch in just a few minutes using AI.

Mission accomplished.

I put together a full training for you here.

But here’s a recap of how I did it:

1. Use Mortgage AI - a custom GPT I found this one to be even better than the LO GPT I sent last week.

2. Prompt design - I spent a few hours trying to get the right prompts to come up with presentation ideas, generate an outline, create presenter notes, and design the slides.

3. Use Gamma.app - Enter the slide design (text, visuals, and layout) into the Gamma app to create the slide deck.

4. Customize and edit the slides to get it just the way I want.
