AI is cool but if you’re reading this then you already know that.
What’s cooler is that right now you can leverage these AI tools to establish yourself as a valuable Resource to your Realtor partners.
For example, virtual staging and listing photo edits usually cost hundreds and even thousands of dollars for agents.
But with Google’s latest photo editing feature you can do all of the following major listing enhancements for FREE:

Here’s how I’d promote it:
1. DM or email your Realtor partners asking if they want to learn how to save hundreds or thousands of dollars by never having to pay for virtual staging or listing photo upgrades ever again.
2. Let them know that Google’s AI image editing tool is out, it’s free, and you already have the best prompts to get the most common listing photo enhancements done. You’ll show them how to do it and give them the prompts.
3. Offer them the presentation and decide how you want to deliver it. Either one-on-one or group via a call, webinar, or in-person session (just to name a few).

But here’s the bigger picture:
Right now there’s an opportunity to become the go to AI Resource for your Realtor partners.
You don’t need to be an expert because frankly, nobody is.
You can learn more than 99% of people by watching a few YouTube videos a week and an hour or two of practice.
Just learn and share what you know with your Realtors.
