I think one of the best ways to start a conversation with a past client is to talk about the updated value of their home.
It’s valuable information that they would like to know and even if they’re not looking to sell right now signals to them that you’re looking out for them.
One of the easiest ways to get a value of their home is with a Zestimate.
But taking every single person’s address, throwing it into Zillow, then writing up an email to send it to them is a long, manual process.
So I automated it.
